I was born in South Africa in the 60's. Was educated in England including University studying firstly Fine Art and then Fashion. I worked several years in England as a Lingerie and a Children's wear Designer. I met and fell in love with an American Engineer, we married in the States. Again I worked as a Designer for a very famous Lingerie company and a well known Children's wear company. I travelled a lot for work which was great. When we decided to have a family we moved to Atlanta where both our Children were born and I decided to stay at home, I began to paint again, which is a truly wonderful experience, I forgot how much I missed it. We have since moved to the beautiful Appalachian Mountains in Virginian with my husband's company. It is a great place to live and very inspirational. I teach Art to Kindergarten through 8th grade at a private school. I also have acquired a great love of glass, which I am learning and experimenting with along with my watercolor's and Acrylics.
